50 Cent celebrates New Year's Eve 2022 at E11EVEN on December 31, 2021 in Miami, Florida.

When he's performing on stage, rapper and entrepreneur 50 Cent often wears a Yankees cap. He might be trading that one in permanently for an Astros cap soon. Like he did with the Texans and Rockets, the entertainer also known as Curtis Jackson signed a multi-year partnership deal with the Astros to have his premium wine and spirits company, Sire Spirits LLC, and his charity, The G-Unity Foundation, be a part of games at Minute Maid Park.

Jackson might have previewed the partnership last month when he was spotted wearing an Astros cap during one of his shows in Greece.

Fans watching home games on TV will notice the partnership with Sire Spirits getting a spot in the rotation in the advertising behind home plate. At the ballpark, Jackson's Le Chemin du Roi will be the "Official Premium Champagne of the Houston Astros." Next season, the stadium's club level bar will be rebranded Sire Spirits Bar and 50 Cent will have a stadium suite so he can attend games, as well as make it available for charity. Jackson's specialty craft cocktails also will be available in various spots around Minute Maid Park.

This is Sire Spirits' first partnership with a Major League Baseball franchise.

G-Unity Foundation also will work with the Astros Foundation, including a formation of a Leadership Series Program for teenagers that will focus on character development, decision-making and leadership and communication skills. There also will be a G-Unity junior golf tournament and a champagne and wine fund-raising dinner.

"I am especially proud and excited about our first Major League Baseball deal with the Astros," Jackson said in a statement released by the team. "We share the same philosophy of conscious capitalism. I look forward to providing the opportunity for at-risk teens to experience the excitement of attending a baseball game in a luxury suite setting at Minute Maid Park."

Jackson has woven himself into the fabric of the city since he moved to Houston in 2021 by contributing to local causes — including the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo — setting up after-school program's for local kids, sitting courtside at Rockets games and in a suite at Texans games.

Besides the work he's done in the community, the Queens native also has played up his newfound Houston ties through sports fandom. When the Knicks lost to the Hawks in the 2021 playoffs, he posted on Instagram, "I'm glad I'm from Houston. LOL." He's also posted photos on social media of him sporting an Astros hat.The Astros and Yankees have the best records in the American League and could be on a collision course for their fourth postseason showdown in the past eight seasons. Jackson may have noticed the Astros have eliminated the Yankees each time they've squared off in the playoffs.
