The actress uses a quick trampoline exercise to boost her mood.

48-year-old Kate Beckinsale (Kate Beckinsale) must know how to match a pair of military boots. The actress recently took a break during the filming of her next film "The Prisoner's Daughter" and took a quick photo on the set. She wore a tattered tank top and lace skirt with matching lace leggings-her legs looked a little exaggerated.

"It's only Monday #prisonersdaughter when hot topics meet Pottery Barn," Kate captioned the photo. But fans in the comments must pay more attention to her appearance. "But those legs," one user wrote, while others added, "those long legs..."

Moreover, it is true. She is here to give "legs a few days" a whole new meaning:

Want to know how Kate stays so healthy? She told Women's Health that she exercises with the help of Brad Siskind, the coach of Gunnar Peterson Gym, six mornings a week. Siskind said Kate's motives were untrue: "She is a strong man," he told WH. "She rarely misses exercise. If she misses it, there is a good reason. Otherwise, she will collapse."

Kate's time in the gym began with vigorous full-body workouts. Her first choice is compound exercises, each exercise can exercise two muscle groups, such as biceps curls when squatting, or sit-ups with combined punches.

Then, Kate continued with 90 to 120 seconds of aerobic interval training, such as rowing or VersaClimber, and then did the same eight exercises again—this time with some adjustments, such as heavier weights or faster repetitions. After that, it enters another aerobic exercise interval. She always ends her workout with a good stretch.

When she needs to improve her mood, Kate will do a quick mini trampoline exercise in her kitchen. She said this is the "best thing" and she plays her favorite courses through the LEKFit app. "It makes you feel a little jovial!" she added.

Sometimes, Kate will change her mind and choose to take a yoga class, especially when she is traveling. "You will find yourself in Bulgaria, you don't know anyone, and they will say,'Well, we have an available coach, he literally means the punisher,'" she told WH.

So, she brought yoga exercises recorded by Jessica James and Mandy Ingerber. "I didn't get hurt when making the action movie, and I think part of the reason was practicing yoga," Kate said.

As for her diet, Kate is all vegetables and protein. Before sweating, she would eat a plate of protein, such as chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter. For lunch and dinner, she likes radish salad, Brussels sprouts and safflower oil; salmon; and some potato chips.

If this is what it takes to get a sculptural leg like hers, then this is me. Kill it, Kate!
