If you have been delaying your workout plan, Shilpa Shetty is here to help you solve some of your Monday motivations because she shared a new video of her fitness class in a new Instagram post.
"You can't find willpower, you will create it," Shilpa shared a sentence in the title of her post to inspire her Instagram followers.
Shilpa wears a comfortable sports bra and leggings for weight training in the gym. "When you do something wholeheartedly, everything is possible. I have been working on achieving this goal for some time, and now it is finally achieved," Shilpa said.
Shilpa uses 20 kg dumbbells to do squats in the gym and lists the benefits of practicing it in the title.
"It looks easy, but 20 kg squats are no easy task! It helps strengthen the hips, thighs, hamstrings, calves, core, knee joints and lower back. It also helps burn fat. One day and A good start of the week," Shilpa added.
